Frequently Asked Questions

  • A micro wedding is a small, intimate wedding ceremony and reception, typically involving a guest list of around 20 to 50 people. It includes many of the traditional elements of a larger wedding, such as a ceremony, vows, and reception, but on a much smaller scale. Micro weddings often provide a more personal and relaxed atmosphere, allowing couples to spend quality time with each guest. This type of wedding can also be more budget-friendly and customizable, focusing on meaningful details and experiences that reflect the couple’s unique style.

  • Up to 50 guest are included in the package. You do have the option to add up to an additional 25 guest at an additional fee.

  • You will have 3.5 hours of venue rental time. Plan to arrive at the venue with your hair and makeup already done, approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Ceremonies usually last no longer than 30 minutes. Afterward, you will have 2.5 hours for photos and the reception!

  • Our team is happy to assist with light décor setup to help bring your vision to life. If you plan to bring in additional décor beyond what’s included, we kindly ask that you provide additional assistance for setup and teardown.

  • For appetizers and refreshments, we will offer an assortment of cheese, crackers, vegetables, and fruit. Beverages will include tea, water, and lemonade.

  • 50 professionally edited photographs are included in the package. You will have the option to purchase the entire gallery.

  • Bridal Bouquet, Groom Boutonniere, & Arbor Floral Piece are included. You will have the option to purchase additional groomsman boutonnieres and bridesmaid bouquets for an additional fee

  • Yes! We will have a sound system available during the ceremony and reception. We ask our couples to create a Spotify playlist of the songs they want played. A BHR staff member will manage the sound system and playlist during the ceremony and reception.

  • Yes! We will work with the couple to create a timeline of events and assist in day-of coordination to ensure the day goes smoothly.

  • We had such a wonderful experience with all the staff at Broken Horn Ranch. They provided so much decor free of charge as well as linens which saved us so much money. They were all so very helpful on the day of the wedding and helped with anything we needed. The price point for a Sunday wedding was great and reasonable. Highly recommend this venue! It’s GORGEOUS!

  • The staff here is amazing. Heather was a pure joy to work with. The space is beautiful and very accommodating. I could not have asked for a more stunning place to get married. There is plenty of room without being over crowded and the facilities are extremely clean and comfortable. The scenery is breathtaking and there are many great shots from all around the property. If you are looking for an event space for any occasion look no further, if the beauty of this place does not capture you the amazing staff will.
